HOSLY provides a cloud-based Hospital Management System (HMS) designed to streamline clinical, administrative, and financial operations for healthcare facilities.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must maintain an active account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Ensuring that all staff accounts are properly authorized
  • Accepting responsibility for actions taken via third-party logins (e.g., Google)
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Use Restrictions

Users agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or breach the system's security
  • Share account access with unauthorized third parties
  • Submit false medical or financial data

5. Payment and Subscription

Access to HOSLY requires a valid subscription. All payments are processed securely via **Razorpay**.

  • Fees are billed in advance based on your subscription cycle.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order or subscription request.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Our policy on refunds and cancellations is as follows:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied with the service. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement advanced security measures, including enterprise-grade security protocols, to protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

HOSLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of medical records and financial data entered into the system.
